If it's not published (i.e. powder or bullet manufacturer) I would rather it not be posted. If it is, please reference the source. Too much chance of someone who doesn't know what they are doing to hurt themselves. PM whatever data you wish to.

Starting with any of the "Ruger Only" or +P loads for the 45 Colt is a good place to start & work from there, this in 454 brass. Don't use reduced loads with H110/296.

Well i bumped the load to 270/25/2400 just a little more snap but fun to shoot and the group is holding at 2" at 50yrs. Now to learn to shoot a hand gun off a rest better. Clint

sounds like a great load so far. keep tweaking it and you may get even greater accuracy but sounds like one you could tolerate to shoot well enough to master and it'll kill anything you need within reason. might wanna try some beartooth 280 grain hardcasts huge meplat, are very accurate and MILLLLLD on the recoil.

Bubububbuy! cast boolits cannot say never but why? At this time i have close to 2ton of casting metal. one of my newer quirks is i want to just use my own boolit to hunt with. have been casting for 30yrs but ramped up more about 5yrs age when a 1911 came into the house! been a fun time getting back to shooting more and trying new things. You just go out and continue to kill deer, or anything else with that .454. The Oryx hanging on my wall is no fluke.

Most of us are safe. None of my loads are near book max or over. Safety and accuracy is always first.
I have recently read a gun rag that scared me with the loads used. Just why were they looking for as much as a gun can do?
I agree with you 100% but be assured I will never post a dangerous load.
