Back when I was using the 7-30 and 7-30JDJ my favorite powder was A2520. Put that behind a 140 Nosler Partition or Ballistic Tip and good things will happen.

My current load in my 7-30 is a 130gr Barnes-X BT w/ 28.1gr of reloder 7. I just worked this one up and havent run it through a chrony yet but it feels pretty crisp. Group size is about a inch at 100yds. I highly recommend the 130 barnes-x out of a 7-30. I've squeezed off on several deer and one hog with them and not a single animal has taken a step yet.
