what is a really clean Colt Anaconda in 45LC worth? It is one of six (IIRC) factory with a 4" barrel.

$1500+ is what I have seen them listed for on gunbroker. I believe the highest amount I have seen "offered" was around $1500 and the bid was not high enough to meet reserve. I have a nice 44 mag Anaconda Realtree Hunter and that revolver just plain shoots. They are very accurate, well made guns.

thank you. I was offered $1000 for it, and couldn't decide to sell or not.

I had absolutely no idea that Colt made an Anaconda in .45 LC....... I seem to learn something every day on this site.......

not nearly the numbers of the 44 Magnum. They made just a few of the 4" 45LC and sent them out to some writers for review. I was lucky enough to get one, they are rare enough that Fjestad's Blue Book does not list them. I may be prejudiced, but it is likely the perfect packing pistol in DA. I'm just more into single actions.
