I tried several times to E-mail Jack Huntington at the E-mail address on his web site jack@jrhgunmaker.com. Mail is returned to me as UNDELIVERABLE: routing address.

Please identify his current E-mail.

He doesn't like e-mail. Call him at 530/268-6877 I know that sounds odd, but he would rather talk to you on the phone.

I work with Jack. He hates computers and refuses to learn to use them. Why I don't know. He can be a bit quirky at times. One of these days we will have a computer in the shop but it won't be any time soon. Please give us a call after 10am Pacific time. 530-268-6877 On mondays after 10:30 is better.
Thanks, Shawn, JRH Rifle maker.

For anyone stopping in we recomend you call first. Jack is always in and out. Also because of small size of the shop we like to stagger customers coming in so we don't have people standing on top of each other waiting in line. Hopefuly the new shop will be open soon and the space problem will be solved.
Tom, why not just neck the 50AK down to .500" and not worry about the headstamp?

Just got off the phone with him 7/14/08 @ 11:33 AM (Mountain Time). I have no idea why anyone would call him quirky. Very pleasant -- and what he had to say was affordable!!

You just have to work around him for the last 4 years to know his quirks... I suppose I've been called worse. And yes, Jack is very pleasant and his and Jason's work on revolvers is some of the absoulte best in the country! Any work they do for you, you will be very very pleased with. Dream up somthing cool, custom and difficult, we love challenging projects!

The little Ruger SA 22's are going to be SPECTACULAR!!! And coming along nicely I might add. They have ideas from all three of us. I won't give any details as we want them to be a complete surprise. It will be well worth the wait.

Can't wait.
Thanks to y'all for the stockmaker tip on the phone the other day. Much appreciated. I've found exactly what I was looking for.
More so than I could have imagined.
