I've had good luck with the Partitions. I think they perform well on game. In my experience they don't "compress" in the forcing cone/rifling as easily as typical jacketed bullets so I had to reduce my powder charges. But that makes sense with the partition. I'd shoot them all the time but I noticed their point of impact was significantly different than my other jacketed bullet loads. I'm too cheap to practice with the Partitions and too lazy to resight between hunting and practice so I don't use them for everyday hunting anymore. If I was to get serious about a handgun hunt I'd use them as I haven't found anything better. I regularly carry the 240 XTP's but they open up WAY too quick for my taste (at least on pigs). I got a heck of a deal on them but when they're gone I won' buy any more. Kyler | ||
