I'm not using a Lee crimp die. I'm just using the RCBS die to crimp. As for the powder, it might make a difference but it's not going to be enough to get me up to even where I was before. Before I sent it in I tried 4227 and it was even slower than LilGun which is why I started over with LilGun after I got it back. All I can do right now is wait until I get another $75 or so for a fresh round of brass/bullets and try again.
