H414 is about 100 fps faster than Varget and is very accurate, and so is Imr 3031 for those bullets you listed. Mine is mounted with a Bushnell Trophy 2x6x32

Definately the H414 for the 95 gr. bullets. I haven't played much with the lighter stuff .
