Up until this internet stuff I was content with my handguns, after all what in the lower 48 needs anything that a 44mag or 45 colt can't deliver? Then I meet a few folks and they started a spark that made me like tim the tool man taylor"more power".(thanks hitman, whit, and jwp to name a few) Then whit let me borrow his custom .475 and I killed something with it.It will never go home again,as it has a new home. Thanks whit you gotta another one I want to borrow! wave

Haha! I learned a lesson lending you a gun! Haha!

You are more than welcome! But you haven't gone to the dark side, you have seen the light! That gun has gone to a good home where it will no longer be neglected. Enjoy!

I'll let you shoot and hunt with any revolver I have -- as long as I'm with you! LOL!

Yeah! A 475 Linebaugh does bring new meaning to the phrase "Use the force"!

I have 2 of the 475's, one a Super Black and one a Redhawk, both custom. Love them both.

Well I figured since whit was no longer caring for her he just as well pass her on.It's been the 454 redhawk conversion,500 jrh bfr the 500 srh Linebaugh and the .475 had just been pushed aside so I took her in and made her feel better and she's mine.Already got an idea for a sister to her in single action. dancing

This is my first custom(that I haven't done myself) and other than it's killing cartridge it is chambered in,it was the accuracy I was getting that just amazed me,with a factory load as well as a hand rolled one.But all creatures be ware I've devoted a year to this cartridge and gun with a complete review to come.(My in laws hunt in KY and now maybe I have a caliber big enough for those squirrels,I felt undergunned a few years ago with my 45 colt jumping)
