Thanks. I was looking at a 454 excpet it was blued and had the 8" barrel and thas jus a lil to long for me. A friend of mine has the 454 and I loved it. I t was pretty tame considering. I've never shot a 480 before but I am sure I will love it as well.

Hello to all out there. I just purchased a used Taurus Raging Bull in 480 Ruger. It had a scope on it at the store and seeing as how I don't particualy like scopes on my pistols I had them remove it for a price cut. The problem is that it has no rear sight (it didn't come to them with one). I was just wondering if any of you had an idea as to where I could get one, other than directly from Taurus? I did a quick search of both Midway and Brownells and came up empty handed. Any and all info or input is apreciated.

Call Taurus, they are friendly on the phone and shipped my scope mount out real quick.

congrats on the new gun. If they would have had 480 when I bought my 454, I would have gotten it instead.
