hey guys. tell me if this is a good deal or what and I swear this is the truth.. I just bught this off of glocktalk.com from a guy in VA.. I bought the Gun-scope-base-rings-boxes... FOR $$$1035 shiped.... the gun has had 55rnds through it.. the scope is a leupold 2.5-8x32 VX III. This scope costs 469.99 from swfa . this kid was rich I guess, he should have been selling this for 1400 bucks.. the five rnds in the pic are the five rounds he had left from 3-boxes.. Both the gun and the scope are pretty much brand new.Not a scratch on either, and boxes for both..is that a deal or what???

I shot it for the first time today and someone forgot to mention, this thing creates about a 10-foot diameter SONIC-BOOM and nearly takes your breath away.. and its cooler than SH!T.. Ive shot the .500 S&W quit a few times but this rnds muzzle blast is something else..

Awesome set up you got there, I have 2 of the 460 Mags and love them. I have a 5 inch and a 7.5 inch PC model. You got a great deal there.

hey I just repleid in your post. the base/ring combo in the pick is a b-square it was a POS.. it wouldnt hold up. so I bought the weigand base and a set of warne rings and I didnt have a problem..


but I did just sell that scope on ebay for 400 bucks so that made the price of the gun go down to $635 so that was a hell of a deal..

I recived my .460xvr to day, and i love it.
Haven`t got any loading data for this one with Vihtavouri powder yet, but i have some .454 cas. to try it with. I have to calculate the datas betwine Hogdon H110 and VVN110 and see if there is a metode to define loads with VVN110 before i can try it with 460 loads.
We can`get Hogdon powders her in Norway. Have to drive 200 km over to Sweden to purcase some of it.
