I was in Missoula yesterday. I could find no retailer who stocked 475/480 cleaning brushes. Please identify reliable online sources for 475/480 cleaning equipment. It's so simple to be wise. Just think of something stupid to say and then don't say it. Sam Levinson

Have you tried Brownells? If ignorance is bliss; there are some blissful sonofaguns around here. We know who you are, so no reason to point yourselves out.

I use .50 caliber blackpowder brushes..... bfrshooter turned a jag for me on his lathe. "Ignorance you can correct, you can't fix stupid." JWP If stupidity hurt, a lot of people would be walking around screaming. Semper Fidelis "Building Carpal Tunnel one round at a time"

I have used a .45 cal brush with a heavy cotton rag or a 50 cal brush on my 480. ''People should say what they mean and mean what they say. Life is too short to be lead down the wrong path.''

Take a look at Pro-Shot Products. www.proshotproducts.com They make good stuff. Several years ago I met the owner. He was a good guy. If you cannot order direct from him contact Aleko at Heritage Arms. DOUBLE RIFLE SHOOTERS SOCIETY

I found a 10 pack of brushes for the 475/480 but have just been using a .50cal brush instead. I have searched all over for a bore jag but can't find one. I have been using a double patch over my .45 jag to clean it. Would love to find one for it though since I am going to start shooting lead really soon.
