I've long used a shoulder holster for my 6.5" M29 and have been very happy with it.However I now have to wear a pacemaker which would be rubbed by the holster .Here in NY the handgun MUST be concealed. Any suggestions ?

My dad had a similar issue, but with an implanted spinal cord stimulator antennae. His solution was to get a left handed holster and learn deal with it being on the wrong side. I think he uses a triple K with his M29. He doesn't have to conceal it, but he can't wear a hip holster with his back brace.

Maybe talk with a custom maker and see what they can work up? Custom work can get around a lot of issues.

Don't know if that helps, but it is a thought.

Contact Rob Leahy of Simply Rugged holsters,
www.simplyrugged.com

or

Mike Barranti of Barranti leather
www.barrantileather.com

Both are custom holster makers that think outside the box and may be able to help you out.

There are a bunch of other custom makers out there too, but my nod goes to these two first as I've met them both and are great people as well as leather craftsmen.
