Is anyone going out to Cody this year for the Linebaugh Seminar. I went out last year and had a blast. Unfortunately I won't be able to make it this year.
Barring anything unforseen, Jeremy and I will be back. Sorry to hear you're not going to make it. Sean said a while back he didn't know if he would make it.

I'd love to go, but can't afford the air fair, and don't get enough vacation time to drive
Cannon, we just got a new .475" mold, it is a 400 gr LFN gc bullet, but with a long nose, .510" from the crimp groove to the meplat, so really fills up the cylinder in the SRH. This produces case capacity on par with the 475 linebaugh. We'll be testing them soon, I'd be suprised if we couldn't push them 1300 fps from the 480.

Sounds like a winner, Paul. I remember Dennis tossing that idea around a while back. Let me know how it works out, and I may have Dan cut me one to match. I've got an order in with him right now for a 500 gr. LFN-GC for the 500 Long.
Look forward to seeing you there, Lloyd.

I shot a few at lunch today. I didn't have time to work up loads, but I did manage to cast, lube and load some up over 21 gr H-110 and 21 gr Lil gun. Groups were so/so ~2 1/2" at 50 yds. I have no doubt the gun will shoot them into 1" once I find the sweet spot. I'm thinking that with more room in the case, I'll need to run a bit more powder to get a consistant burn.
Dennis will be testing them the next few days.
Maybe we can work out a mold loan, save the you $ of having a mold made, that and I'd like to try that 500 gr in my 500 Jeffrey

A mold swap sounds like a good plan. I'm not sure I'll have it before we leave for Cody, but once I get it, and cast up a couple of thousand bullets, I'll send it your way.
