Sounds great, your killing me with all your Deer out there. We had about 90lb of Elk ground into burger and sausage. The wife likes it so much she's wishing she could have gotten out and killed one just to process the whole thing. We had about 60lbs of salami made, but it didn't turn out too well. I'll have to try a different butcher next year. There is a late archery deer season hear, but I'm in the middle of finals.

Lar45, there you go, get the little lady out there. I just wish mine would hunt. I was walking today trying to move some deer to a friend. I seen a lot of deer. I found some bedded and when I moved they didn't know what scared them and two ran right to me and stood 30 yds from me. I didn't have a gun and didn't need any more anyways. Lots of fun.
Another friend brought me some deer sausage and it tasted good, but I kept finding bone chips in it. I have been giving it to my dogs as a treat. I don't need broken teeth.
