I have a 338 Federal Thompson Encore. Can I safely shoot 200 gr Fusion Factory ammunition? I am concerned about pressures...

Why would you be concerned about pressure?

Factory barrel will not be chambered for any cartridge that has SAMMI standard pressures in excess of their design if factory or handloaded to pressures NOT to exceed that pressure.

Gunsmiths and creative handloaders can make combinations that are NOT safe in the Contender or Encore.

All that to say;

Factory load in a factory chambered barrel is what they were designed for.
