looking for any experience anyone has had using the .45 SAF 325 BC. I am going swap out the 345grn. in my revolver this fall and load up these a little over 1200fps for either to harvest my moose this fall and/or bear. The quality of the rifle variety I have used extensively in various calibers and the results have always been astounding sooooo........... I can trust this to open up and deliver a whopping 1 shot kill right? In some new nickel plated cases these are a right purty looking round. Spendy to say the least for 50 rounds.

I do not see where you need to be concerned with expansion. The bullet is starting at a bit under one-half inch in diameter. I would be looking at penetration for large game and you can acheive plenty of that with a hard cast bullet. As far as a one shot kill; that depends on three things, placement, placement and placement.
