I found one website that claims the revolvers are 1873 French Ordnance Revolvers.

I hadn't ever looked closely but if they are 1873s ,that's a very interesting gun. Excellent design, the gun can be taken apart completely without tools . There is a stubby screw driver at the end of the center pin to remove the grip screw. things like the mainspring are held in by cam lever !!! Quick and easy to completely disassemble the whole gun.
