RMillertaurus 454
I got a 6.5" raging bull 454 a couple weeks ago and am very happy with it.
I shot some 250 grain winchester loads through it. The medium velocity load @1450 f.p.s. They are nice to shoot and accurate.
Also shot some CCI Blaser 200 gr 45 colts through it. They are accurate also.
Today I shot some 360 cor-bon penetrators through it. @1500 fps. That pistol handles them nice. They did kick but the grips are soft so it wasn't bad.
I think my 4 5/8 in blackhawk .41 mag with 293 gr @1275 kicks more. It would leave grip marks on my hand from the rubber grips.
The taurus didn't leave any marks

The factory manual says not to shoot the 45 Long Colt bullets in the gun. I have asked about this and was informed it had to do with lead and fowling build up causing excessive pressure when switching back to 454s I clean my cylinder after shooting 45 Long Colts and have had no problem.
