WOW! 23.3 grains of 2400 and a 240 grains bullet??



My Third Edition Hornady Book doesn't list a 240 grains bullet for the .45 Colt, but does list a 250 grains JHP under the "For Ruger/TC Only" section.



Their maximum load using 2400 powder is 19.9 grains and their 250 JHP bullet. In a 10" TC barrel they report 1,350 FPS.



Your load must really be screaming out there!
