I picked up a like new taurus 44 blued tracker the other day at 34 oz it is not real lite like their TI models

But a lot lighter then my redhawks by far.

Haven't but a lot of rounds thru it yet by it seems to funtion and work just fine.

Has a decent double action and single action trigger. Not a worked over smith or colt but very useable. I seen a lot worse come out of the factories.

I don't think I'll be putting any full house 315 gr redhawk loads thru it but I do have a nice 1000fps 315gr load that should be just about right for it.

A 315grWFN at 1000fps sure well beat my pocket knife or walking staff if I would have to defend myself from hairy or two legged varmints back in the woods.

For civilised areas I have better ones.

You will like it. They are a pertty handy and a good bang for the buck
