I WENT OUT AND TRIED TO CHASE HIM OUT BUT HE REFUSED TO LEAVE THIS TIME(I CHASED HIM OUT THE OTHER NITE)....HE GOT INTO A CORNER AND SAT THERE AND HISSED AT ME.....(HE SHOULDA LEFT).....CAME IN THE HOUSE AND LOADED THE MODEL 27 WITH THE #2 SHOT SHOT SHELLS AND WENT AND TOOK HIM OUT....... THAT SIZE SHOT DOES A GOOD JOB AT CLOSE RANGE ON OPPOSSUMS...............HE TOOK THE SHOT RIGHT AROUND THE SHOULDER AND BACK ALITTLE........I'M THINKIN IT TOOK OUT BOTH LUNGS AND THE HEART IN THAT AREA...........

When I was a kid I cut one in half on the neighbor�s fence in the middle of the night with a machete what a bloody mess. I have been told they carry rabies so maybe the 44 is the way to go.
