I'm having excellent results using a 200gr. LSWC with the OAL at 1.515" crimped over the shoulder. It's an odd looking round but very accurate.

I also have onhand some 200gr. lead plated bullets that are similar in configuration to the LSWC's.

Question:
I haven't seen it in any loading manual -- could the 200gr. plated bullets be safely seated into the case the same depth as the LSWC rounds without creating pressure problems?

Success is 99% determination.

Unless you are running your existing lead bullet load up against the firewall I'd guess it will be safe enough. Most of the time I'm doing it the other way round, using jacketed data under lead bullets.
