Hey Guys and Gals,
Can anyone give feedback on the pros/cons of this pistol?
I see the sugg. ret. is roughly 750-800 dollars for one of these. I have a guy at work offering to sell me one at roughly 300 bucks. I havn't seen it yet, i'll obviously inspect it for wear, he claims not much more than 100 rounds through it. He's a small guy and says the recoil wasn't very pleasant for him with the 3 inch barrel.
I see colt really isn't in business much anymore. Other than military/law enforcement.
Is this gun worth it, or should I steer clear?

I had one and just the hell out of it. I carried it for 3 years and then sold it for $500.00. It was a very accurate and functioned great. If I saw one for $300 and it all looked good, I would get it in a heart beat.
