I would like to get rid of the v notch rear sight and the red optic front sight on this little powerhouse. Any suggestions on where I can find a new front and rear adjustable sight?

I ordered mine from Brownells...as if for a regular M29. I then had to file down the front sight to zero the gun with full power 240 grainers. Otherwise, the rear sight was almost at it's max. It is a very worthwhile change!

ETA...order a new rear sight screw (windage). You have to break the old one to remove the rear blade.

What brand did you order? What was the height of the front sight you installed?

They were S&W genuine parts...from the back of the catolog. I do not know what height...I don't remember that was an option? They were identicle to the ones on my 629-3 Mountain Gun.
