I think that if'n that were my new piece, that I'd have my fun shooting 44 special, then I'd probably take to a smith and have him ream out the chambers to 44 mag. That way I could shoot full bore 44 loads on the occasion and do most of my playing around with the 44 special. | |||

tx, They do make the new flattop in 44mag so no need to ream the chambers on the 44 special. | |||
