Blue dot is a really slow powder for the 45 ACP. I have info for Green dot, titegroup, SR-7625. Blue dot might get you the velocity you want within the pressure limits, but so will some faster powders.

Maybe someone will have some info, but I doubt many 45 acp shooters use blue dot.
All I can say is look in the manuals.

Which grains of Blue Dot I use to obtain a +p .45Acp with 200gr JHP and 185 grains JHP. My pistol is a SIG 220.

I use Power Pistol powder and found it to be cleaner and more accurate than B-dot. This is all I could find W/B-dot
