Got a chance to shoot my new BFR 475 Linebaugh some yesterday. My brother brought along his FA 83 in 500 WE. Shot some mild cast loads with Trailboss nad Unique. Shot some stiffer 475 loads with 2400 4227 and 110. Shot some Grizzly factory 500 WE 400 gr loads. Grizzly makes fine ammo. My BFR is a nice gun and very solid. My brother FA 83 was purchased used but it is a
beauty. It's a 4 5/8 with round grip. Really didn't have a chance to get fussy with accuracy just enjoyed making a lot of noise and digging big holes in the ground.

Sounds like a good day. I'm anxiously awaiting the (reportedly) July delivery of my FA83 in .475L. I'll have to live through you guys vicariously until then!
