Do the WSSM calibers work in either of these two handguns? Thanks! WS | ||

It well work only in the encore I am sure someone makes a barrel for the encore in the cal you need. | |||

No it will not work in either, the walls of the chamber would be to thin. There were some guys that made them, but stopped. If you find someone to make it for you, just be very careful, you may just end up splitting your barrel, if not worse. Also a WSSM is not needed in an Encore barrel, the concept of the WSSM was to make a short throw bolt action rifle. You can get standard rounds to duplicate the WSSM rounds, and still be safe in the Encore barrel. If you're going to make a hole, make it a big one. Yup ,you can get a 300WM which actually gives you a little more MV than the WSM.You also get lots of muzzle flash.  | |||
