Thanks all. I'm going to work with the 325 speer to start - that should be good for deer and smallish black bear. Go with the 400s for carry in big bear country.

Or I could give you the simple answer, CCI 350 primer, 21 gr H-110, 390-400 gr cast bullet, ~1200 fps from a 7 1/2" barrel and scary accurate.
