Whitworth ia out hunting and Bioman came this afternoon. I just put them in stands. Marko did not see anything this morning but I had three run in on me. I just had time to turn on the Ultra Dot and cock the hammer. I let the small one go by and shot the largest one. It happened so fast I didn't even get my revolver extended all the way. I smacked her in the shoulder and had massive internal damage but a nice small hole out.
I used my 45-70 BFR with Babore's 350 gr hollow point cast from 50-50 WW's and pure, oven hardened.
I hope both of those guys get a shot. Scott has his .44 and Marko has his .475.

We had early muzzle loader and I shot one, then I got another in bow season. Been too busy feeding animals and yard work to hunt much. The wife can't do anything with two ruptured disks pressing on her sciatic nerve, massive leg pains.
She starts spinal decompression Monday, 4 times a week. I will have little time to hunt or cut deer.
But you can bet the .475 will get more! I change guns as I shoot them.
But it has been hot too so I can't hang deer while I take her all over.

Yeah, today was a bust. In fact the PA bear hunt was a bust too. Guess that's why they call it hunting and not shooting. Big Grin

Just hope the weekend is better......

Nice Doe, Jim!
