Oregon Trail laser-cast bullets??

I see on Oregon Trail's website that these bullets are claimed by the maker to not lead bores like other cast bullets.

I have used other hardcast bullets that leave significant leading even at 900-1000 fps in my .44Mag Anaconda and Ruger SBH.

Can anyone report from experience whether the Laser-Cast can truly be driven to, say 1400 fps, without leading?

Thanks in advance,

MM

I have used them to 1200fps in my Taurus Tracker 41mag with no leading. I have also used a 230gr hard cast from Dry Creek Bullets Works at 1150fps with no leading.

Not exactly, but I do load a 44 mag to 1300 fps with minimal leading. My GP 100 .357 does not lead with these bullets with any load. My medium-speed Kahr K-40 135 gr bullets do not lead. I have loaded about 10,000 rounds with these bullets over a several year period. Even if there was a hardcast that was guarenteed to beat Lazercast bullets, I wwould not change, due to the excellent accuracy these bullets achieve. There, you have my experience. Chuck

I use the Laser-Cast bullets in 38 Special, 357 Mag and 45 Auto. The .357 dia 180gr bullets pushed fast leave a little lead, but pretty easy to get out. Everything else leads very little.
