Got a bag of these in a large buy. Have had them for years. They are .410 and weigh 210 grains. Who made them?

.41 cal. pistol bullet

Can you tell if that is lead or a rubber like substance. Under the tip of the jacket.

Hornaday Silhouette bullet. They made them in several calibers for the long range handgun silhouette shooting.

Probably great on rabbits, not so well on deer. You want an expanding jacketed bullet for deer.
