I bought this stock directly from the Echols company a few years back. It fits a left hand Winchester Model 70 short action such as the 300 WSM. This stock was built by McMillan for Echols. I inletted the stock to my action but didn't install pillars or bed the rifle. Also the buttstock is still full length, over 15" as I didn't get around to finishing it. The stock is unpainted and you can see the fiber weave pattern in the stock. This stock takes the one piece bottom metal. I do have available a new set of bottom metal that fits this stock. I looked at Echol's website and I don't believe that he sells the stocks any more, as he is getting $33K for a complete rifle with one of these stocks. I would like $1000 for the stock and the bottom metal. I'll take better photos with the rifle action removed and post them soon.
