This is a green-dot sight from Holosun that features a 2-minute dot within a 32-minute circle. Many shooters find this sight picture much friendlier than the single dot sights where the tiny dot is so easy to lose. This little guy is in great shape and has not seen much use. Couple of tiny rub marks.
