This is a .22 Magnum cylinder for a Ruger Single Six, however I don't know if it is for the Old or New Model. I'm sure if you need one you can compare the photo of the pall/ratchet with yours to make sure. Got it in a box of gun accessories at an estate sale, so know nothing other than it appears to be in its original red felt sack and little used.
