There are so many 500-450s, which particular one are these?

The most common two are the 500-450 3-1/4" and the 500-450 No.1 BPE 2-3/4". Lots of other less common ones.

I'm trying to remember, wasn't this the original chambering for the Martini Henry? Somehow in the back of my mind I was thinking 450/500.

Martini Henrys were chambered for the 577-450.

Right you are. The older I get, the more I can't remember everything I used to know off the top of my head. Thanks.
