Here's one of the first range-finding instruments available for hunters back in the day. It has the Accu-Range feature, where you use the upper stadia to bracket a deer's chest (est 18"), and then dial up the power to where it fits to determine the range. Anyway, this would be a nice period-correct gloss scope for an older Remington, Sako or other high gloss older rifle.
