This is a very good deal!

These should also work for 40-65 Winchester rifles since 40-60 Marlin and 40-65 Win are the same.

They will not work for 40-60 Winchester, though, without cutting them to correct length and reforming (which is not all that difficult).

These could also be very easily reformed into 38-56 Winchester.

Just out of curiosity, what brand are they?
