Friend of mine has obtained a relative's Savage 99 in 22 Hi-Power. He is looking for ammo, brass, .228 bullets, and dies. PM me and tell me what you might have.

I’ve got 200 cast bullets, 100 70gr hornady .227 jacketed bullets. There are 3 full boxes of factory Norma 5.6x52R 71gr, one box of S&B 70gr factory loads, another box of 19 S&B 70gr factory loads. One old box of 15 Western Super-X 70gr.

He should learn to swage his own .228 bullets from spent rimfire cases. If it can be done with .224 or .243 it can certainly be done with .228.

Not sure where you could find brass for that round though.
