Oil tanned dark brown leather chinks. These are just the best obtainable. A flapped pocket with a rolled button on the left leg.

Long, evenly spaced fringe all the way from the waist, yoke. Three leg straps and buckles. Silver plated Texas star conchos.

The outside seam of your jeans corresponds to the location of the conchos. From the basket stamped yokes to the bottom of the fringe measure 35". Basket stamped belt that buckles in the back, with a smaller strap buckling in the front. Basket stamped leg plates.

Wore them once or twice. But as you can see they're essentially new.

Nothing on earth will compare, much less for $350.

$350

$300 + $30 shipping.

That's a good-looking horse. But tell me about the boot maker.

Can never have too much cowboy stuff. I’m down to 4 pairs, but trying to thin the herd.

And that’s a mule, my favorite equine.

And those are Rod Patrick boots. They always fit me the best. You can recognize RP’s as they were the only boots that I know of that had 10 rows of stitching on the boot shaft.

Back when Rod Patrick was sending 16” boots to western stores, I bought every pair in 12D west of the Mississippi !! And back then you could order boots through some western stores, which I did too, mostly at a store in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

But now there is only a retail store in Ft Worth where you can order boots.

Bill, you keep making me sad that I never became a horseman. Love to be around the critters. Just never could ride worth a hoot -- either Western or English. Now I am too old and fragile to try.

I was never a fan of the Texas star. Are the conchos changable?
