Any one else try 22 cal pellets and mag primers for center fire use? This makes a good midnight rat round for 22-250. And with small primers a 22 hornet is nice for starlings. Hoya, and the are so quiet that the rats don't run far.

THAT'S COOL!
I'm using lathe turned plastic (UHMW) in my .44 mag but never thought of .22 pellets (in an AR-15 maybe). I'm sure there's not enough umph to cycle but it's still a neat idea. Basement training over the long dark winter
