I have the same questions as you do. At this time I have a bunch of rounds loaded with Ballistic Silvertips with a number of different powders. But because of global warming the range is covered with snow and the temperatures are to cold to test them.

Pros- work as well as regular ballistic tips
Cons- cost significantly more

what about the coating,what is it like for cleaning.
