Hi everyone,

I have a Lyman tumbler and the lid is held on with a rubber gromit and a thumbscrew. The bad news is that the vibration quickly loosens the thumbscrew and the lid pops off, dumping media everywhere.

Does anyone else have this problem, and what have you done about it?

Thanks

Sinclair sells a quick-disconnect nut to replace the Lyman piece. Can't say whether it will solve your problem, but a phone call to them will give you their feedback and a possible solution. You didn't say whether you have contacted Lyman; it's generally a waste of time.

Seems like a thin lock washer would be a help.
