I reloaded the 210grs XTP/HP allways with 52grs of Norma N200. Now, I´m thinking to change the propelant. Norma powder is very expensive (60-70.-€/500g)and have long deliverytimes. But I have enough IMR4198 and Quickload means with 47grs behind the XTP bullet, I have ~2000bar pressure.
Does anyone have experience with this bulletweight/powder combination?

Thanks, Martin

This data is from Hodgdons web site for H4198 and 300 grain bullets. It might give you a place to start.

Not in a 405. I've been using 4198 and 210s in my 400PDK wildcat my capcity is almost 9% larger. I get about 1.5-2" groups at 100yds. It is hell on waterjugs.

For the 405 Loadtech says 37-41.1gr and 32,300-35525psi velocity 1990-2115fps.

As usual just my $.02
