Well fellas Been searching around at the various annelers in the market place and it looks like about $450.00 gets what you need in a motor driven unit. Anyone out there own any of the models the world currently offers? Thanks Greg

I heard about Anneal Rite a few months back. Did some research, called and talked to the developer and bought mine about a month back. I first tested on my 257 Roberts brass then just this week did first 10 cases of my 6.5x47 lapua in my tack driving Surgeon rifle and did a side x side test against un-anealed cases. The annealed cases won both in accuracy and ES/SD numbers so I went ahead and annealed all 150 cases. Quick and easy and about 1/4th to 1/5th the cost of the big machine. I made mine similar too the first video's unit . Microprocessor variable speed DC motor , another method Geneva drive with variable speed stepper motor gear box is less costly . You need 5-15 seconds of duration timing for different size cases and that duration covers .17 -.50 cal on station with Dual torches . My torches consist of dual heads a larger Plumber torch tank and a Y hose feed . My torch heads are set at 165 degrees ( Optimal for flame heat and coverage ) I'm building another one in which the case rotates on torch station . When cycled mine drop out an exit hole into a bucket of water is for cushioning only ( no neck dents ) . # 12 hole operation . FYI Induction annealing is really inexpensive to make yourself and is what commercial case manufactures use ( Lapua for sure ! ) High tech low tech your choice . Later I'll post another unit someone built and videoed it I have to find it in my files first . Geneva or Tangent drive ; Under table drives the case positioning disc . 2-4-6-8-or more makes no difference in continuous disc motion . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...eviw&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaXzARG5Qz0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...maq4&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...JRzU&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...zu-c&feature=related
