Does anyone know if I can get .308 caliber steel casings? These are not for shooting purposes.

Isn't that Bear Ammo out of Russia loaded in steel cases? Are those suitable? Cheaper Than Dirt handles it along with others. Seen many calibers, including .223. Don't recall .308, but probably available since so widely used. Or did you just want cases only???

Seriously, I don't know where to buy steel cases. Only time I've seen those is with cheapo Russian ammo.

If they don't have to be steel, then you might be on the lookout for some once fired brass. That would be much cheaper than new.

if you will ship me some loaded ammo i will convert it to cases for a nominal fee.

I have a TC Encore .308. One shot at a time might take a while, but I guess it just doubles the benefit.
