Try to maintain a safety margin away from the loads that made the primer fall out. Measure the extractor groove expansion with dial calipers. The primers can hang on like chads, but the extractor groove expansion is more repeatable. Any extractor groove expansion is too much, if reloading the brass means anything to you. 6% less powder than the threshold of extractor groove expansion will make loads that look allot like the ones in better load books. | |||
