¡Help!. I´m in need of the original charge of black powder for this cartridge and can´t find anything. The Remington 1866 was used by the Argentine Army in the XIX Century and known as the "Remington Patria".
Any info will be appreciated.

Cartridges of the World #3 says the original military load was 78 grs of Fg black under a 375gr bullet, MV 1380 fps.

if it is available down in Argentina... SR 4759 is a great powder for those types of old black powder firearms...

just work up....and start low..
