Hey guys I can't find RL 25 for my 300 RUM. Should I be looking at a new load or powder that is more available?
Or does someone know where I can find RL 25 in stock?

Jeff Bartlett has WC857 in stock, which is a Re25 equivalent.

I don't think AA Magnum is too far off the mark either, if you can find some.

Glanced at a Burn Rate chart and noticed on it that Ramshot Magnum was listed just above RL25. Don't remember the number assigned to them, but imagine RL25 was 150 and Ramshot Magnum was 149.

Anyway, I've used the Magnum powder and like all the other three Ramshot rifle powders I've used, they are all a spherical type and meter very well. Might want to think about trying it.

Matter of fact early this week, found some of the Magnum at Power Valley and ordered some.

My apologizes, I meant AA Magpro. If I remember correctly the Magnum is a tad slower than Magpro. Anyway, I'm sure that a good load could be had with either one.

Perhaps you meant that these two powders are of similar burning rates.

They are certainly not equivalents, the WC powder being a ball-process powder made in St. Marks, Florida, and the RL-25 being a short stick powder made by Bofors in Sweden.
