Try IMR 4064 (40.5 grains is over book max) and work up to your rifles MAX, and watch the groups tighten... or not! Great velocity, and superior accuracy is what to expect. Try as an alternative IMR 4350 or Win 760 they also work well for these applications. Book MAX here is about 45.5 grains and should also work best run hot & clean. Good shooting with a great cartridge. Member NRA, SCI- Life #358 28+ years now! DRSS, double owner-shooter since 1983, O/U .30-06 Browning Continental set.

I went by Graffs and picked up the sierra manual, some 70 gr matchkings and a pound of H322 today. Sierra says their accurate load with both our bullets is 33.8 gr of H322. I'll bracket my first ladder around that info. They claim 3100fps. ****************** "Policies making areas "gun free" provide a sense of safety to those who engage in magical thinking..." 30378 That's the same bullet I shoot in my .243. Try Varget about 41.0 Gr. Shoots at .5 MOA or less for me.
